JOHN COUSINEAU, Founder + President

John has spent 30+ years leading operations research teams, with a focus on helping companies get more value more quickly from their day-to-day business processes. He's done so with clients such as Apple, the PGA Tour, Terasen Gas, Tectura, AT&T Wireless, Industry Canada, WebEx, and the 2010 Winter Olympic Games Secretariat. 

John's our product visionary. He holds a graduate degree in Political Science from UBC.


KEN WARKENTYNE, Chief Product Engineer

Ken has spent 20+ years in software development, including 8 years in managing software product development teams. He's designed and led the development of online banking and content management solutions for clients such as VanCity Credit Union, Canadian Tire, and Coast Capital Credit Union.

Ken has his PhD in CompSci from Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne (EPFL) 
and his MMath (CompSci) from Waterloo.
